Race pack Collection

**ALL RACE PACKS ARE TO BE COLLECTED ON THE DAY**

All entries will be assigned a number at registration.
To collect your number, make your way down to the collection desks on Saturday Morning.
It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number, so please arrive early.

You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt.

Your timing chip will be attached to the bottom of your race bib and needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race.

At the finish, you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

Collection Times:

7.30am-8.30am

When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

Race Start

The race will have a warm up in the event village 15 minutes prior to the start time.
After the warm up, estimated finish times will be called to the starting pen where our marshals will guide you into a start formation.

During the race

We will have marshals all around the course as well as KM signs and arrows.

Please discard any water bottles or rubbish near the course signs and bins during the race.

After the race

Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.

There will be sealed ACTIPH water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal and Love Corn which will be laid out on tables for you to help yourself.

 

Travel

By Car – You will need to enter Tatton Park from Ashley Road, having turned off Mereside Road – PLEASE NOTE this is not a usual entrance to the park. We will have marshals at the entrance from 7am.

Tatton Park is signposted from junction 7 of the M56 and junction 19 of the M6. The entrance to the park is approximately half a mile from Knutsford Railway station. It is then recommend to follow the postcode WA16 6QQ – only once you reach the Knutsford area.

M6 junction 19

From the motorway roundabout take the A556 exit towards Manchester S&C/Airport/M56, Continue on A556. Take B5569 to Warrington Rd/A50. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Chester Rd/B5569, Turn right onto Warrington Rd/A50, then left onto Mereside Rd/A5034, signposted for Knutsford and Rostherne. After 500m turn right onto Ashley rd, the entrance is immediately on the right after turning.

Exit at J7 towards A556
Take the A5034 exit towards Knutsford/A50
At the roundabout, continue straight onto Chester Rd/A5034
Slight left onto Mereside Rd/A5034 between the BP garage and The Swan Pub
Turn left onto Ashley Rd, the gate is immediately on your right.

Parking

The car park is adjacent to the event village and on arrival, our team will be showing you to the car park. We will require your cooperation to get everyone safely parked on the facility in a timely manner.

By bike

Cycle racks are available at both main entrances to Tatton Park. Please ensure you do not lock your bike to any of the fences on the course.

 

 

Toilets

There will be portable toilets available within the event village.

Baggage

Please limit the number of belongings you bring to the event. The car park is located close to the event village, we therefore recommend leaving any belongings in your car.
There will be an informal bag drop area within the event village for runners who need it.
Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.

 

​Refreshments

There is a water station located at the 5km point. Please help yourself to this as you pass this.

There will also be water available at the finish. In order to avoid congestion on the course, we recommend bringing your own water.

Results

Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.

 

Pictures

We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race, which will be made available on our photos page after the race.
