Entries and payments
Entries are taken on Let’s Do This, which sets its own cookies once you continue to checkout there, under its own cookie policy. Our newsletter sign-up is handled by Mailchimp in the same way.
Third-party embeds
Event pages embed Strava route maps and YouTube videos. Route maps load only when you scroll to them and YouTube videos only when you press play; from that point they are governed by those providers’ own cookie policies, which we do not control. Venue maps use OpenFreeMap tiles (OpenStreetMap data), which set no cookies.
