Experience one of the most scenic waterfront race routes in the New York metropolitan area as you take on a fast and flat 5K or 10K along Hoboken's iconic Hudson River waterfront.

With spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline, a road-closed course and smooth, pace-friendly terrain, this event is perfect for runners of all abilities, whether you're chasing a personal best, taking on your first race or simply enjoying a memorable day of running. Expect a professionally organised race experience, a welcoming atmosphere and an unforgettable finish overlooking one of the world's most famous city skylines.

Event Information

Both races start and finish at Pier A Park on Sinatra Drive and run north along the Hoboken waterfront, with the Manhattan skyline across the Hudson the whole way. The course is completely flat, on the waterfront walkway and the closed section of Sinatra Drive, with nothing technical about it: a course for a fast time.

5K: one lap, north along the waterfront to the top of Hoboken and back to Pier A Park.

10K: two laps of the 5k course, passing the event village and the lapping point at the end of the first lap.

Minimum ages: 5K 11, 10K 15. Both races have a 11:000 cut-off because the road closures lift at 11:00.

Getting There

We strongly suggest taking public transport. If doing so the Hoboken terminal is a 5 minute walk away.

There are also NY waterway services that can take runners from NYC to Hoboken/NJ transit station.

There is limited street parking and parking lots near the event village. We strongly suggest taking public transport. If doing so the Hoboken terminal is a 5 minute walk away.

Baggage

We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach it to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff, and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets

There will be portable toilets within the event village. These toilets will be close to the 10k lapping point.

Water & Refreshments

There will be one fluid station on the 5k and two on the 10k. There will be a bottle of water and snacks at the finish line.

Race Pack Collection

There will be a day before packet pick up from 3pm - 8pm in Hoboken with location TBC.

Warm-Up & Race Start

There will be a group warm-up in the event village before the 10k start.
