Join us for the Rugby Half Marathon on Sunday 25th October 2026

In Support of Hope 4 Rugby

Race a scenic, road-closed Half Marathon through the heart of Rugby. Starting on Hart Field, the route explores town-centre streets and clear country roads with gentle undulations that suit steady pacing and strong finishes. Spectators will find plenty of vantage points, creating a lively atmosphere from the first kilometre to the final sprint.

You will pass through sections of the disused Great Central Railway, now a linear nature reserve and recognised wildlife hotspot, before returning to town for a memorable finish. Expect smooth organisation, supportive marshals, and accurate timing for a confident race day.

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags, and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to the Rugby Half Marathon.

Getting There

By Car: Hart Field sports ground is located just 1.2 miles outside of Rugby town centre off the A428.

By Train: Rugby train station is located just 1.6 miles from the event village (6min drive or 30min walk). Please check rail times ahead of the race as Sunday services may be limited.

Parking

If driving to the event, please plan in advance as local parking options will fill up quickly. We recommend you use parkopedia.co.uk to find a suitable parking spot.

There is limited parking at Rugby Town FC HERE. Please note this is a 15-minute walk to the event village so we advise arriving early if planning to park here.

Baggage

We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach it to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff, and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets

There will be portable toilets available in the event village.

Water & Refreshments

There will be bottled water stations on the course. They will be at approximately 1mile, 4miles, 7miles and 10miles. Please help yourself as you pass. There will also be a bottle of water waiting for you at the finish line. We recommend bringing your own water to stay hydrated in the lead up to the event.
