RunThrough Events are based at Unit 6, Unit 6 Leylands House, Hersham, Surrey, KT12 3PW.

By entering a RunThrough Event, you understand and agree to terms and conditions stated below. If you disagree with any of the below terms then please do not enter. If you are in any way unsure on any aspect of the content below, please contact us at info@runthrough.co.uk. RunThrough Events reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online.

When entering on the day of an event, in person, by confirming your full name, DOB and email address you understand that you are agreeing to our full terms and conditions stated below.

You agree to receive RunThrough Events emails with details of our events, your emails will not be passed onto third parties unless requested.

The organisers hold the rights to amend/cancel any event at late notice. This includes any aspect of the event such as race time, date, venue, fees or prizes. In the event of a cancellation that is beyond the control of the organisers, such as adverse weather conditions and communicable diseases, attempts will be made to reschedule the event and entries will be automatically transferred. Where an event can not be rescheduled committed contractors will be paid and remaining funds will be offered as partial refunds or donated to charity. Where an event is not fully cancelled or rescheduled and the participant chooses not to race, they will not be entitled to a refund.

By signing you agree to our no refunds policy. However should you no longer be able to attend an event and contact us within 14 days of the event we are able to offer you the option to transfer your entry to a friend, transfer to another event or gain store credit against a future event. Please be aware that with any of the options you will incur a £5 admin fee.If you have purchased a Flexi Package when entering the race this does not apply and you will be able to make unlimited changes to your race entry up until 24 hours prior to the event.

The minimum age required to enter a 5k is 11 years old, 15 years old for a 10k and 17 years old for a half marathon. Any children or minors entered into kids races or races involving children by adults or guardians is done so at the adult or guardians own risk. Any accidents or injuries that occur during an event will not be the responsibility of RunThrough Events. Organisers hold the right to exclude participants from any event who are deemed to be acting inappropriately or causing health and safety concerns for themselves or others without refund. All participants agree to abide by the rules of the race set by the race directors, organisers (including medical staff, police and race day stewards) and that of affiliated organisations England Athletics and UK Athletics (where appropriate).

An entrant shall be deemed to have made him/herself/their self, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the licence holder is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.

All entrants understand that they bear all of the risks associated with the stress and strains of the event from a physical perspective. All participants agree that they are fit and healthy enough to compete in the event and will not hold the event organisers responsible for health failures that arise during/following the event. Additionally, entrants will not hold the organisers responsible for the loss or damage of any personal equipment left without care.

When registering for an event all participants are agreeing abide by our code of conduct at all race venues and RunThrough organised social events. All decisions about appropriate or inappropriate behaviour are at the sole discretion of the event organisers RunThrough Events.

Participants agree to allow RunThrough to use any images and video content obtained on the day on their website or to be distributed to third parties, used in promotional materials or on our social media channels.

Charity Entries
One of our goals is to supply a secure place for you to register your interest in events that you can take part in for charity. As part of this service we will ask you for personal information which we will record for the simple purpose of passing it on to the charity and/or event you are interested in fundraising for or taking part in, respectively. We only hold your data for as long as a charity is part of our charity program and we have an in-trusted partner who performs this service on our behalf.

The Sports Media Agency Statement of Intent

We do not sell and will never sell your personal information to any third part as part of a charity enquiry or charity program. Your personal data will only be sent to the following on your explicit instructions;

  1. A CHARITY YOU HAVE EXPLICITLY GIVEN PERMISSION TO HAVE YOUR DATA SO YOU CAN TAKE PART IN A CHALLENGE OR AN EVENT ON THEIR BEHALF
  2. A CHARITY SELECTED BY OUR PARTNER ON THE BASIS OF A CATEGORY YOU HAVE EXPLICITLY REQUESTED YOURSELF TO TAKE PART IN AN EVENT OR CHALLENGE FOR
  3. A PARTNER WHO PROVIDES A BENEFIT OR SERVICE TO AID YOU OR THE CHARITY YOU ARE SUPPORTING IN YOUR FUNDRAISING ACTIVITY

Please note by giving your details to a charity you are giving your express permission for them or their appointed agency to contact you about the event or other similar events that may be deemed of interest to you . You are also consenting to them discussing or contacting you about other events that the charity can offer to you as a fundraising activity or initiative. They may choose to contact you by email, phone, text or other proffered methods in their attempt to support you or encourage you to support their cause in the most proactive way.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Law of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts of England & Wales.
