The Lee Valley VeloPark’s one-mile road circuit is the perfect course to test yourself over a new distance or check your pacing with each mile split chip timed for you to view after the race. As one of the London 2012 Olympic venues, you can’t help but feel inspired to give it your all on this course as we are there to cheer you all the way round to the finish!!

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags, and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to [Event name].

The route follows the one mile smooth tarmac circuit.

ADDRESS Lee Valley VeloPark, Abercrombie Road, London, E20 3AB GETTING THERE By Car: Get the full directions here It is strongly recommended that you travel by public transport to Lee Valley VeloPark, and allow plenty of time to get to the venue. Please plan your journey ahead of your visit to check for any planned closures or engineering works. By Rail: Nearest station/tube: Stratford / Stratford International. Lee Valley VeloPark is a 20-minute walk from both stations. By Bus: Several bus routes connect to Stratford and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park with the key routes being: 388, 308, 339, 97, and N205 which all stop near Lee Valley VeloPark. PARKING Competitors are advised to take the train to either Stratford Station Stratford International, or Hackney Wick station, and walk to the event village, where marshals will be present to direct. Competitors are advised that there is strictly no parking in the Swimming Centre Car Park. For those that do choose to drive, there are spaces available at both Lee Valley Velo Park and Westfield’s Car Park.

Baggage

We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We have tear off baggage labels at the bottom of your race number that can be attached to your bag. To collect, all you have to do is hand over your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your belongings.

Toilets

Toilets can be found inside the event village.

Water & Refreshments

There is a water station at the end of every lap, and you will be able to enjoy water along with your medal and goodies after the race. There is also a cafe on site.
