London Training Night - December 2026

This is our Christmas social session to have fun being a part of a short time trial followed by some festive relays. These training nights help runners build confidence, improve running mechanics and understand how to apply key endurance training principles. Participants will also take part in guided running drills focused on movement skills, running efficiency and stronger overall performance.

The session will include:

1 Mile Santa Time Trail followed by a short relay in teams
