Getting There

All parking is available on-site at Croft Motor Circuit, just a short walk from the event village and start/finish area. Please follow the signs and directions from our event team on arrival. Parking is free for all runners and spectators.

Location:

Croft Motor Circuit, West Lane, Dalton-on-Tees, North Yorkshire, DL2 2PL

By Car:

Easily accessible from the A1(M) and A66, the circuit is well signposted and located approximately 5 miles south of Darlington. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and race number collection.

By Train:

The nearest station is Darlington, with regular services from across the North East and beyond. Taxis are available from the station, and the venue is around 15 minutes by car.

By Foot or Bike:

Due to the rural setting and surrounding roads, access by foot or bike is limited. If cycling, please ensure your bike is secured in the designated area near the car park.

BAGGAGE (state if marquee or venue)

We will have a secure marquee/room/area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.

TOILETS (state if portable/ venue & if there will be any on the course)

Toilets are available on-site in the event village.

REFRESHMENTS (write this as you’d like to appear on the website)

There will be water provided on each main 2mile lap of the race and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.

SPECTATORS (write this as you’d like to appear on the website)

Spectators are more than welcome, we advise staying in the event village where you will be able to catch the start & finish or you are welcome to watch at a point around the course.

Please note, dogs are not permitted at the venue. .

Baggage

We will have a secure marquee/room/area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Race Pack Collection

Marathon – 7:30-8:30am

20 Mile – 7:45-8:45am

Half Marathon – 8:15-9:15am

10 Mile - 8:30-9:30am

10k – 8:45-9:45am

5k – 9:00-10:00am

Juniors- 10:30-11:30am

Warm-Up & Race Start

There will be a group warm-up 15 minutes prior to the start of each race. From here, we will call out estimated finish times to get all runners lined up and ready to run.

Spectators are more than welcome, we advise staying in the event village where you will be able to catch the start & finish or you are welcome to watch at a point around the course.
