BLACKBURN 10K DECEMBER 2024
Join us for the return of Blackburn 10k in support of Blackburn Rovers Community Trust returning on Sunday 8 December 2024!

This 10k race starts and finishes inside Ewood Park and runs around Blackburn town centre taking in all of the local landmarks.
Ewood Park is the home of Blackburn Rovers FC and the race will start and finish inside the ground in front of the RFS Riverside Stand. Your event village with music, food and entertainment will be located at the Blackburn End. The Blackburn End itself will be open for spectators so you can catch a glimpse of your friends and family as they finish their 10k race.
The course heads out onto the closed roads of Blackburn for a fast 10k route that takes in Blackburn town centre before making its way back on a looped route toward Ewood Park. This is a new and unique course for this brand new innovative event for Blackburn.

RUNTHROUGH EVENT PARTNERS
Baggage
We will have a secure area, this will be in the Jack Walker Stand where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage staff and they will help you find your baggage.
Toilets
There will be plenty of toilets available within the Blackburn End inside the Stand itself
Spectators
As this is a road closed race you will find it hard to get around the course but you will be able to watch the start and finish from the stands in the Blackburn End.
Results
Results will be available on www.blackburn10k.com after the race.
Pictures
We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race and they will be on the RunThrough Photos page after the race so be sure to check it out and see if you can spot yourself.
