Please be aware that dogs are NOT allowed at this event.

 

Start Times:

Marathon – 9:00am (Please note there is a strict 6 hour cut off time)
20 Mile – 9:15am
16 Mile – 9:30am
Half Marathon – 10:00am
10k – 10:30am
5k – 10:45am

 

Race pack Collection

**ALL RACE PACKS ARE TO BE COLLECTED ON THE DAY**

All entries will be assigned a number at registration.
To collect your number, make your way down to the collection desks on Sunday Morning.
It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number, so please arrive early.

You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt.

Your timing chip will be attached to the bottom of your race bib and needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race.

At the finish, you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

Collection Times:

Marathon: 7.30am – 8.30am
20 Mile: 7:45am – 8:45am
16 Mile: 8:00am – 9:00am
Half Marathon: 8:30am – 9:30am
10k: 9:00am – 10:00am
5k: 9:15am – 10:15am

When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

 

Race Start

Each race will have a warm up in the event village 15minutes prior to the race start time.
After the warm up, estimated finish times will be called to the starting pen where our marshals will guide you into a start formation.

 

During the race

The entire course is on the Motor Circuit itself.

Each mile will be accurately marked out and we have plenty of helpers to keep you quite literally on track and encourage you on your way to that chequered flag finish.

There will be the following signs out on the course to keep track or your progress.
Marathon –  counting down from 26 miles to 1 mile to go.
20 Mile – counting down from from 19 to 1 miles to go.
16 Mile – counting down from from 15 to 1 miles to go.
Half Marathon – counting down from 13 miles to go down to 1 mile to go.
10k- counting up from 1km to 9km.
5k- counting up from 6km to 9km.

Marathon – 10 laps
20 Mile – 7 laps (with an out and back at the start)
16 Mile – 6 laps (with an out and back at the start)
Half Marathon – 5 laps
10k – 2 laps (with an out and back to start)
5k – 1 lap (with an out and back to start)

Please discard any water bottles or rubbish near the course signs and bins during the race.

After the race

Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.

There will be sealed ACTIPH water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal, Love Corn and Bounce Bar which will be laid out on tables for you to help yourself.

By Car

Situated next to Little Budworth, the venue is best accessed from the A54 or the A49. From the north take junction 19 off the M6 and follow the A556 through Northwich towards Chester, from the south leave the M6 at junction 18 and follow the A54.

There is plenty FREE parking available in the main event car park, just a minute’s walk from the event village.

Toilets

There will be portable toilets available within the car park, a very short walk from the event village. There are also toilets available to use while on the course, see map HERE.

Baggage

Please limit the number of belongings you bring to the event. The car park is located close to the event village, we therefore recommend leaving any belongings in your car.
There will be an informal bag drop area within the event village for runners who need it.
Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.

​Refreshments

There is a water station at the end of every lap. Please help yourself to this as you pass this.

There will also be a limited amount of Gels available to try at the Water station, sponsored by our partners at Hilltop.

There will also be water available at the finish. In order to avoid congestion on the course, we recommend bringing your own water.

Results

Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.

We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race, which will be made available on our photos page after the race.

Spectators are more than welcome to come along and support runners from the event village. Please note that dogs are NOT allowed at this event.
