Come and join us at the Frome Running Festival In Support of Dorothy House
RunThrough’s only event in Somerset on Sunday 17th August 2025
We’d love you to join us for our 5k, 10k and Half Marathon Running Festival around Frome Town Centre, starting and finishing on the Old Showfield.
The courses follow a road closed single loop circuit, with the Half Marathon route heading out around Frome town centre and the Somerset countryside, heading past the English Heritage site of Nunney Castle, and the 10k & 5k routes stay within Frome itself.
This Run Britain/UKA licensed, officially measured race is open to runners of all abilities, and is well established in the community from previous organisers.

With RunThrough you can expect a friendly team of marshals to help guide you round the course and cheer you on to the finish, a lively and well-serviced event village with plenty of food and drink options including free goodies from our partners at the finish line after your hard effort.

T-Shirts at events have become a hot topic with concerns around the quality not being high enough to wear on a regular basis. We have decided to tackle this by offering a RunThrough Kit Technical T-Shirt with a retail value of £22 for £12 with the addition of the Frome Running Festival event logo printed on the chest.
We can do this with our partner RT Kit as part of a strategic decision to raise awareness about the quality of the product whilst reducing the overall cost of events for those who would prefer not to have a t-shirt included.
