**ALL RACE PACKS ARE TO BE COLLECTED ON THE DAY**

Race Pack Collection

All entries will be assigned a number. To collect your number you need to make your way down to the collection desks on Sunday morning. It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day. You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt. If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed. Your timing chip will also be in the envelope, this needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back). We will have queue markers on the floor, so please ensure when queuing you are 2m from another runner. When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!

10k – 10:15am – 11:15am
5k – 11:00am – 12:00pmCHECK ENTRY LIST HERE

Race Start

Within the event village you will see the directional signage guiding to the start line.  Each start area will be marked out to help prepare you all into your start formations with help from the marshals. When arriving please familiarise yourself with the  start area.

Each wave will be called to the starting pen where our marshals will guide you into a start formation with 4 runners, all 2m apart, being started every 10 seconds.

Toilets

For this event we will use portaloos. Lining up for these toilets will be socially distanced.

Hygiene Stations

There will be multiple hygiene stations around the event village and start/finish area for all participants to use throughout the event. These will have hand sanitiser, wipes, spray, tissue and bins for the disposal of any tissue or litter.

During the race

There will be marshals all around the course and you will see mile markers in the form of yellow signs for the half marathon, and red KM signs for the 5k & 10k as well as arrows to direct you.

The course consists of laps around the lake and will involve 1 lap for the 5k, 2 laps for the 10k and 4 laps for the Half Marathon.

You can see the course map HERE.

If you need to overtake on the course please be sure to take a wide berth around the runner in front. Spitting and nasal clearance during the race is NOT permitted.

Spectators

Spectators are discouraged in order to limit the numbers within the venue.

Refreshments

Please bring your own water to the event to avoid congestion on the course. There will be water available on every lap of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish line. We recommend staying hydrated in the lead up to the event.

Baggage

Please limit the number of belongings you bring to the event and if possible leave anything in a car.  This is in order to reduce contact between runners and staff. There will be an informal self-service bag drop area within the event village for runners who need it.

After the race

Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.

There will be sealed ACTIPH water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal, Kind Snack bar and Love Corn which will be laid out on tables for you to help yourself.

We ask that once you have collected your medal and water to leave the event as soon as possible to avoid groups congregating within the event village.
