- RunThrough UK August 2025Join us for the Runner Retreats The Performance Weekened on Saturday 2nd to Sunday 3rd August 2025
Day 1 – The first day is all about running technique and how to apply this to running. We look at running form, running drills, posture and how to improve biomechanically, which can all contribute to imrpoved performance.
Day 2 – The Sunday will be focussed on endurance physiology and the science behind the sport of running. This will look at things such as, training zones, training intensities, lactate thresholds and much more. You will take part in a physiological test on the Paula Radcliffe Athletics Track and our team will analyse your testing data and provide a full physiological report, which will help you to understand how to train smarter and race faster.
Ability Grading: All Abilities (Level 1)
Our Performance Running Camp is designed for runners of all abilities looking to refine their technique, enhance efficiency, and gain a deeper understanding of the physiology behind running. Whether you’re aiming to improve your form, build endurance, or boost speed, this camp offers expert coaching and tailored sessions to help you reach your goals.
Your training will vary depending on the day and includes a combination of track work, technical drills, run testing, and low-level plyometrics. Our expert coaching team will be there to support and challenge runners of all abilities in a safe and engaging environment.
