2 Weeks To Go For Run Thorpe Park 5k & 10k Returns This September In Support Of Royal Surrey Charity

Get ready for an unforgettable race day at one of the UK’s most iconic theme parks. Run Thorpe Park 5K & 10K is back on Sunday 7th September 2025, offering participants the unique chance to race around the rides and rollercoasters before enjoying a full day of thrills with theme park entry included.

Starting inside Thorpe Park Resort beneath the rides, the race will follow a 5K loop, with 10K runners completing two laps before crossing the finish line. The races will begin at 8.30am, before the park opens to the public, giving runners the rare chance to experience the course in a quiet, exclusive setting. Bring your family and have your very own support team cheer you on and enjoy the rides afterward, come with friends for a thrilling day out, or come solo and meet fellow runners ready for both the race and the rollercoasters.

This year’s event proudly supports Royal Surrey Charity, which funds extraordinary care at Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust. It does this by providing state-of-the-art equipment and creating warm and welcoming spaces for patients and their loved ones. The NHS charity also champions its incredible NHS staff by funding initiatives that support their wellbeing, and invests in vital research and training that advances medical breakthroughs and supports the future of world class care.
