Join us for Loughborough Training Night September 2026 on Friday 27th November 2026!
Join us for a free coach-led training night at the Paula Radcliffe Athletics Stadium, Loughborough University, on Friday 25th September 2026, delivered by our experienced RunThrough Coaches.
This structured track session combines aerobic strength with race-specific speed, helping you build confidence, improve running efficiency and develop the skills to perform strongly across 5K and 10K distances.
Alongside the main session, our coaches will share practical insights into endurance training and effective pacing, with guided running drills designed to improve movement, running mechanics and overall efficiency.
