One Month to Go Until Ride Reigate Returns in Support of The Brain Tumour Charity
With just one month to go, cyclists are being encouraged to secure their place for Ride Reigate, a Run Series cycling sportive taking place on Sunday 12th July 2026 in support of The Brain Tumour Charity.
Organised by RunThrough, a running community with over 300 running and multi-sport events worldwide and 400,000 competitors, Ride Reigate will bring riders together for a scenic cycling sportive through the Surrey and Sussex countryside.
The event offers three distances: 100K, 50K and 25K, plus Junior Races for younger cyclists. Designed to welcome a wide range of abilities, Ride Reigate offers quiet lanes, beautiful countryside views and a friendly event-day atmosphere from start to finish.
For experienced riders, the 100K route delivers a rewarding challenge through Ashdown Forest, Burstow, Turners Hill, Ardingly and Horsted Keynes, before returning to Ashdown Forest for the iconic Kidd’s Hill climb. The climb will feature a timed King and Queen of the Mountain challenge, giving riders the chance to test their legs and chase a segment PB on one of the area’s most recognised ascents.
The 50K route offers a strong middle-distance option, taking riders south away from the North Downs through quieter roads towards Lewes, before heading through Burstow, Turners Hill, Crawley Down and Smallfield. Meanwhile, the 25K route provides a welcoming introduction to sportive riding, with marshals positioned at key junctions to help guide riders safely around the course.
Young cyclists can also take part in the 25K Child ride, created to give children the chance to experience the excitement of event day in a safe and supportive setting. Every child will receive sponsored goodies and a medal at the finish, with free ice cream available for all under-15s.
