Take in the heart of autumn at Tatton Park this October as the 5K & 10K returns. With crisp air and vibrant autumn colours lining the route, this race delivers a truly memorable running experience.

The undulating, road-closed course offers a rewarding challenge, guiding you through the park’s scenic roads from start to finish. It suits runners aiming to push for a strong time as well as those looking to enjoy a relaxed run in a stunning seasonal setting.

Both distances are accurately measured and chip timed, with a smooth event experience designed to keep you focused and confident on race day.

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to the Tatton Park 5K & 10K.

Getting There

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to enter Tatton Park from Ashley Road, having turned off Mereside Road – this is not a usual entrance to the park. We will have marshals at the entrance from 6:45am.

How to get there?

By Train: Knutsford Railway Station is approximately half a mile from the park's entrance.

By Bike: Cycle racks are available at both main entrances to Tatton Park. Please ensure you do not lock your bike to any of the fences on the course.

Parking

There will be free parking on site at the venue, next to the event village.

Event Village Opens

Baggage

We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets

There will be portable toilets in the event village.

Water & Refreshments

There will be water provided at the halfway point of the 10k, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal. (Please note the 5k won’t pass a water station on the course).

Race packs are posted to everyone who entered by Saturday 25th September; anyone who entered after that collects theirs at registration on the day. If yours hasn't arrived by the Friday before the race, email info@runthrough.co.uk or collect it at registration.

Spectators are more than welcome, we advise staying in the event village where you will be able to catch the start & finish.

Accessibility

Buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome and asked to remain mindful of other runners and make themselves known if they need to overtake. Please note there is a mix of terrain at Tatton Park which may prove challenging for wheelchair athletes. Dogs are not permitted to run at this event, however spectators are welcome to have dogs within the event village provided they are kept on a lead at all times.
