We're delighted to have The Joshua Tree returning as our Charity of the Year for the Northwich 10k 2027. The Joshua Tree provides bespoke programmes of support to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of families affected by childhood cancers nationwide. Take on an exciting 10K race through the heart of Northwich, starting and finishing at Barons Quay in the town centre. With fully closed roads, a lively race day atmosphere, and a rewarding undulating route, this event is a brilliant summer challenge for runners of all abilities.

The course heads out from Northwich town centre before passing the scenic surroundings of Marbury Country Park and continuing through Carey Park. Whether you’re chasing a strong 10K time, taking on your next challenge, or enjoying a memorable race morning with friends, you can expect great support from start to finish.

With chip-timed results, clear course marking, friendly marshals, and a buzzing finish line at Barons Quay, the Northwich 10K offers everything you need for a fantastic race day.

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags, and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to the Northwich 10k.

Baggage

We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach it to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff, and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets

There will be portable toilets available in the event village.

Water & Refreshments

There will be water provided just after halfway during the race, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.

Spectators are more than welcome, we advise staying in the event village where you will be able to catch the start & finish.
