Join us for the Gateshead Training Night on Friday 2nd October 2026!
Take your training to the next level with a free coach-led session at Gateshead International Stadium, delivered by our experienced RunThrough Coaches.
This structured track session is designed to expose runners to sessions that are effective for marathon training blocks in a microdosed format, helping runners build confidence, improve running mechanics and understand how to apply key endurance training principles. Participants will also take part in guided running drills focused on movement skills, running efficiency and stronger overall performance.
The session will include:
30 Minutes worth of 3 Minutes On, 3 Minutes Float
The focus of the session is to expose runners to marathon specificity sessions as well as understanding how different intensities feel, helping you feel stronger and more efficient when running at faster paces.
Whether you’re just starting a marathon block, looking to improve your running knowledge or learn from experienced coaches in a supportive environment, this free training night is a great opportunity to boost your running.
