Taking place on Sunday 30th May 2027 at the scenic Cheshire County Showground in Knutsford, this flat, fast, traffic‑free route is perfect for all runners—whether you’re chasing a PB or taking on your first 10k. Enjoy a smooth rural course, a friendly race village, and a great atmosphere in the heart of Cheshire.

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags, and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to Cheshire 10k.

Getting There

Parking/Travel

There will be free parking on site. Please arrive early as there may be queues on arrival. As with all major events, there may be delays on leaving the car park after the event.

Parking

There is plenty of free parking available on site. If planning to arrive by car, please make sure that you arrive before 8am.

Due to the nature of the venue there is only the one route into the parking so please be aware there may be some delays but our team will get you parked up as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Event Village Opens

Baggage

Secure marquee for baggage storage. Baggage tag attached to race number - tear off and attach to bag. Show your number to staff to collect.

Toilets

Portable toilets located at the Event Village and on course.

Water & Refreshments

2 water stations on course providing 3 opportunities for water during the race. Water available at the finish along with post race goodies and medal.

Spectators welcome. Advised to stay in the event village where you can catch the start & finish.

Accessibility

Buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome. Please remain mindful of the runners around you and make yourself known should you need to overtake. Dogs are not permitted to run at this event however spectators are welcome to have their dog within the event village - please keep them on a lead at all times.
