In Support of Charlie's Community Support and Linc Charity

We're delighted to have Charlie's Community Support and Linc Charity as our joint Charities of the Year for the 2027 Cheltenham Running Festival.

Charlie's Community Support provides free holistic therapies, emotional support and wellbeing services for anyone affected by cancer across Gloucestershire.

Since 1998, Linc Charity has helped thousands of people across the local area through medical treatment, financial support and emotional assistance. By funding items and services the NHS can't provide, Linc Charity helps give patients and their families the added extras that make a real difference.

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to the Cheltenham Running Festival.

With RunThrough you can expect a friendly team of marshals to help guide you round the course and cheer you on to the finish, a lively and well-serviced event village with plenty of food and drink options including free goodies from our partners at the finish line after your hard effort.

Cut-off time:

Please get in touch if you plan to take more than 3 hours to complete the half marathon, as we may need to make special arrangements.

Minimum ages:

Half Marathon - 17 years and above

10k - 15 years and above

5k - 11 years and above

Junior Race - Under 11

Baggage

We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets

Toilets will be available within the racecourse stands. These are just off the course if you wish to use them during the race.

Water & Refreshments

There will be water provided on every lap, every 5km. There will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal. Please note the 5k won’t pass a water station on the course.

Race Pack Collection

Will be able to start collecting race packs as soon as the EV opens at 08:00.

Warm-Up & Race Start

Warm ups will take place within the EV 10 mins before the race start times.
