Join us for the Birmingham Running Festival 5K, 10K, Half Marathon & Juniors on Sunday 19th December 2027!
Round off your running year with a festive winter race at Sutton Park in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. Taking place just before Christmas, the Birmingham Running Festival is a brilliant way to finish the season with a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon or Junior Race in one of the Midlands’ most iconic green spaces.
Set only 6 miles from Birmingham City Centre, Sutton Park’s 2,400 acre National Nature Reserve offers a memorable winter backdrop with open paths, peaceful parkland and a supportive race-day atmosphere. As the home of the National Road Relays, this venue has welcomed leading British runners including Sir Mo Farah, Andy Vernon and many more GB greats.
Whether you are chasing one final finish line for the year, taking on a festive family challenge or building momentum into the new year, our team will be there to keep you on track all the way to the chequered flag finish.

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to the Birmingham Running Festival.
