Join us for a summer 10K or Half Marathon at the stunning Stanley Park in Liverpool. This Grade II* listed historic park sits between two iconic football grounds, Anfield and Goodison Park, creating a unique race day setting in one of Liverpool’s largest green spaces.

Whether you are chasing a new PB, taking on your next challenge or enjoying a midweek run with friends, the Stanley Park 5K & 10K offers a memorable route through a beautiful city park packed with local character.

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags, and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to Stanley Park 10k & HM.

With RunThrough, you can expect a friendly team of marshals to help guide you around the course and cheer you on to the finish, a lively and well-serviced event village with plenty of food and drink options, including free goodies from our partners at the finish line after your hard effort.

Event Information

The entire course will follow the flat footpaths, within Stanley Park.

Minimum ages:

10k runners must be aged 15 or over

HM runners must be aged 17 or over

Event Village Opens

Baggage

We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets

There will be portable toilets available in the event village. You will also pass these at the end of each lap on the course.

Water & Refreshments

There will be water provided at the end of each lap, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.

Warm-Up & Race Start

Warm ups will take place within the event village 10 mins before race start time.

Spectators are more than welcome, we advise staying in the event village where you will be able to catch the start & finish. If you choose to head out on course, please be respectful of other runners and members of the public.

Accessibility

We welcome buggy runners and wheelchair athletes and simply ask that you remain mindful of the runners around you and make yourself known should you need to overtake. It is not permitted to run with a dog at this event however spectators are welcome to have their dog within the event village we simply ask they be kept on a lead at all times.
