Join us for a 5k, 10k or Half Marathon distance at the home of Sydney 2000’s Olympic rowing events. Sydney International Regatta Centre is only an hour’s drive northwest of Sydney CBD, boasting scenic views of Penrith Lakes, the Lower Blue Mountains and surrounding parkland. The flat course is ideal for a personal best over the 5k, 10k or Half Marathon distance.

Half Marathon: 8am, 10k: 8:30am, 5k: 8:45am

Event Information

The Sydney International Regatta Centre 5k, 10k & Half Marathon courses are flat and fast, making this event perfect for you if you are chasing a PB!

Marshals are positioned all around the course, with distance signs and arrows throughout. Listen for marshal instructions and be aware of the signage in place, especially where different distances diverge and rejoin.

Free parking is available at this location. Please follow the car parking signage and follow marshal instructions as you drive along Old Castlereagh Road. Please note that there is no parking available on The Island. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive on site and get parked up as there may be queues on the morning. There is also a 800m to 1km walk to the Event Village from the parking location.

Baggage

We will have a secure marquee within the Event Village where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach it to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff, and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets

There will be toilets at the Event Village which will be available for use before and after the event. You will also pass these toilets on each lap of the course.

Water & Refreshments

There will be a water station provided on each lap of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post-race goodies and medal. The 5k race will pass the water station once, the 10k race will pass the water station twice and the Half Marathon race will pass the water station 4 times. Please note that the water will be provided in paper cups in order to reduce plastic wastage.

Warm-Up & Race Start

There will be a group warm-up 15 minutes prior to the start of each race. From here, we will call out estimated finish times to get all runners lined up and ready to run.
