Take On the Marlow Triathlon at Higginson Park on Sunday 19th July 2026

We’re returning to Higginson Park for the Marlow Triathlon on Sunday 19th July 2026, following the success of our inaugural event earlier this summer.

Choose from Half Iron, Olympic or Sprint distances as you swim in the River Thames, ride through rolling hills, and run past beautiful riverside views. This summer edition promises the same electric atmosphere and top-tier racing experience.

Race Details & Start Times

07:00 am - Half Iron Triathlon

Swim: 1.9km | Bike: 86km (Elevation: 806m) | Run: 20km (Elevation: 68m)

08:30 am - Olympic Triathlon

Swim: 1.5km (2 Laps)| Bike: 38km (Elevation: 333m) | Run: 10km (Elevation: 34m)

10:00 am - Sprint Triathlon

Swim: 750m | Bike: 23km (Elevation: 176m) | Run: 5km (Elevation: 17m)
