The route will follow the tarmac paths within Southampton Common.

Wheelchair / Pram Friendly?

Buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome to take part, but please be aware that the course includes significant elevation and may be particularly challenging.

Are Dogs Allowed?

It is not permitted to run with a dog at this event however spectators are welcome to have their dog within the event village we simply ask they be kept on a lead at all times.

Bag drop?

There will be an informal bag drop marquee within the event village for you to leave any belongings during the race. Please ensure your label is attached to your bag before dropping it off with our marshals.

Anything left within the bag drop is left at your own risk.
