Join us for RunThrough Trails South Downs on Sunday 26 July 2026!

Set out from Queen Elizabeth Country Park and follow classic South Downs trails with wide views and rolling greenery. Choose your challenge from 12K, 25K, or 50K. Expect clear waymarking, enthusiastic marshals, stocked aid stations, and a welcoming finish to celebrate your run.

The routes pick up sections of the South Downs Way with grassy tracks, woodland paths, and open chalk downland. Settle into a steady rhythm on the climbs, enjoy flowing descents, and soak up panoramic views across Hampshire and Sussex before returning to the event village.

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags, and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to RunThrough Trails South Downs.
