Our Marathon Workshop is aimed at runners of all abilities, looking to improve their marathon performance or looking to prepair for their first marthon. Our expert coaches will guide you throught the various elements of marathon training, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to prepair as best you can for your next marathon.

10am – 11am: Introduction & Preparing for the Marathon
11am – 12.30pm: Endurance Track Session
12.30pm – 1pm: Lunch
1pm – 2pm: Elite Athlete Talk
2pm – 3.30pm: Fuelling for the Marathon
3.30pm – 4.30pm: Strength Training for Marathon Runners
4.30 – 5pm: Depart
