How many miles can you rack up in a month? 

Track your runs over a 30 day period and see if you can total 50 Miles, 100 Miles, 150 Miles or even 200 Miles!! 

Keep the motivation going for longer with one of our BRAND NEW Virtual Monthly Mileage challenges. All you need to do is pick a mileage target (50, 100, 150 or 200 miles), sign up and get running. Record the distance of each run over a 30 day period and when you reach your mileage target send your evidence into us at [email protected] and we will get your well earned medal sent out to you!

You can run anywhere, anytime.

You can start any day of the month but you will need to reach your target within 30 days from that date. You do not have to start on the 1st of the month.

ONLY send your evidence in when you have completed all the runs totalling up to your chosen monthly mileage (50, 100, 150 or 200 miles).

THE MEDALS!!

All runners who reach their mileage target within 30 days will be sent a very special and unique RunThrough Virtual medal (as pictured below) along with one of our motivational postcards, a race number and some post run goodies!

If you want to feature on our Hall of Fame then please do send us a picture of yourself with your evidence so we can get you added.
