Join us for the Hemel Hempstead 5K & 10K on Sunday 23rd May 2027!

We’re excited to bring you the third edition of the Hemel Hempstead 5K & 10K, welcoming runners of all abilities for a brilliant day of town-centre racing. Whether it’s your first ever event or your 50th, this chip-timed race delivers a fun challenge on fully road-closed routes through the heart of Hemel Hempstead.

Starting and finishing at Riverside Shopping Centre, you’ll run an undulating course that takes in the pedestrianised town centre and the High Street, with a great local atmosphere as you head towards the finish.

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to Hemel Hempstead 10K & 5K!
