Running Grand Prix at Goodwood Motor Circuit 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Sprint & Standard Duathlons on Sunday 5th July 2025!

The Goodwood Runs & Duathlons allows you to experience this classic motor circuit in a way like no other. Run-bike-run, or just run your way around the historic venue at Goodwood Motor Circuit on Sunday 5th July 2025!

The course is a guaranteed traffic-free, smooth surface route offering athletes a fast ride and speedy run – perfect for beginners and seasoned athletes alike!

At the world-famous Goodwood Motor Circuit, home to the Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival, you will enjoy the thrill of racing your way to a new chip-timed personal best on this smooth traffic traffic-free tarmac motor racing circuit

Start Time:

Half Marathon- 9:00am (3hr cut-off)
10k- 9:30am
5k- 09:45am
Sprint and Standard Duathlons: 1pm

Sprint Duathlon distances: Sprint - 1 lap run, 4 lap cycle
Standard Duathlon distances: Standard - 2 lap run, 8 lap cycle

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to Goodwood!
