Our Loughborough Workshop is aimed at runners of all abilities, looking to improve their technique and training. Our expert coaches will guide you throughout the various elements of training, providing you with the skills and knowledge needed to prepare as best you can for your next races.

    10am – 11am: Introduction & Preparing for racing

    11am – 12.30pm:  Track Session

    12.30pm – 1pm: Lunch

    1pm – 2pm: Elite Athlete Talk

    2pm – 3.30pm: Fuelling session

    3.30pm – 4.30pm: Strength Training for Runners

    4.30 – 5pm: Depart
