10am – 11am: Introduction & Preparing for racing
11am – 12.30pm: Track Session
12.30pm – 1pm: Lunch
1pm – 2pm: Elite Athlete Talk
2pm – 3.30pm: Fuelling session
3.30pm – 4.30pm: Strength Training for Runners
4.30 – 5pm: Depart
