Join us at the Regent's Park 5k & 10k on Sunday 25th October 2026

RunThrough are excited to return to the incredible Regent’s Park; one of London’s Royal Parks situated in North-West London. Regent’s Park is home to ZSL London Zoo; you may even catch a glance of some animals along the way! The flat nature of the course offers a great opportunity for a chip-times personal best!

Each kilometre is accurately marked with distance flags and our friendly marshals will guide and cheer you all the way to the finish. We cannot wait to welcome you to Regent's Park.

The park is easily accessible by both foot and bike. Cycle parking is available in the park.

Parking

There is no specific event parking available however there are car parking facilities nearby and we would recommend using parkopedia to find a suitable spot.

Baggage

We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets

There are toilets within the park, a short walk from the event village.

Water & Refreshments

There will be water provided at the 2.5k point of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.

There is a group warm up in the event village 15 minutes before race start.
