Who is this for?
Runners who would like to be part of an online community, who share a passion for achieving their running goals. This 12-week challenge is for runners of all abilities, who want to run a 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon and have a set goal in mind, whether this be; completing the distance, a time based goal or achieving a new personal best.
