Come and run a chip timed aquathlon, the event consists of a 400m swim inside London Aquatics Centre followed by 5k run around Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park . This course is not only flat and fast, but also inspiring. The RunThrough London Aquathlon is a great opportunity for a quick time and a fun morning out with a unique themed medal waiting for you at the finish!
Included is a themed medal, water and post race goodies! Each kilometre of the run is accurately marked out with distance flags and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish. Come and enjoy the day with us; we hope to see you there!

MINIMUM AGE- 15
If you do NOT hold a BTF membership please note, there will be an additional £8 added during checkout to cover the cost of your BTF day insurance.
Please submit your estimated swim time on the entry form, confirmed waves will be assigned in the 2 weeks prior to the event- the following may be subject to change.

Baggage
We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, all you have to do show you number to the baggage staff and they will help you find your baggage.
Refreshments
There will be water provided along the run, and water at the finish. There will also be snacks waiting for you at the finish.
During the race
There will be marshals all around the course as well as km signs and arrows. The course is on the roads/paths around the stadium. Please be aware that there will be spectators and members of the public using the park.
Results
Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.
Pictures
We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race and they will be on our photos page after the race so be sure to check it out and see if you can spot yourself.
