FINSBURY PARK 5K 10K MARCH 2019
Run the Finsbury Park 5k & 10k on Sunday 10th March 2019!
Come and run a chip timed 5k or 10k around the wide paths of Finsbury Park, the home of Madstock and Wireless festival, to start your Sunday morning in the best way!
As always with RunThrough, you will each get a themed medal, water, fruit & flapjack on the day. Each kilometre is accurately marked out with distance flags and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish.

Use TFL to help plan your journey.
The park is easily accessible by both foot and cycle. Cycle parking is available in the park.
We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.
There are toilets within close vicinity of the start/finish line area.
There will be water provided on every lap of the course during the race, and there will also be water available at the finish. We have also ordered some flapjacks and bananas for when you finish :-)
During the race
There will be marshals all around the course as well as km signs and arrows. The course is 2 laps for the 5k and 4 laps for the 10k on the roads/paths in the park. Please be aware that there will be spectators and members of the public using the park.
You are free to wander around the park so you can see where the competitors will be running. It is lapped so you will see them on numerous occasions.
Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.
We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race and they will be on our Facebook page after the race so be sure to check it out and see if you can spot yourself.
Things to note!
There WILL be pedestrians on the paths. We recommend you do not use earphones and you need to pay close attention to everything around you. Please be aware of people, cyclists and dogs.
You can decide whether you run 5k or 10k on the day.
