Address: Crystal Palace, Thicket Road, London SE19 2GA

We are sure you have heard about the bushfires that have devastated parts of Australia. Want to help? Sign up to Relief Run!! Relief Run is a 21.1km virtual run that registering participants can run anytime/anywhere over the January 18th to 19th weekend. Either solo or in teams of two. 100% of the registration fee will be going to the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund. Everyone who has worked on this initiative have volunteered their time and expertise. Head to their website HERE to find out more.

Start Times:

Half Marathon – 9:30am
5k & 10k – 10:15am

Race Numbers

SEE ENTRY LIST HERE

All pre-entries will be assigned a number. To collect them you need to make your way down to the numbers desk between 8:30am – 9:00am for the Half Marathon and 9:30 and 10:00am for the 5k and 10k. It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number and drop your bag off. The earlier you get there, the more efficient we will be on the day. You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt. If you have your own pins then that would be great but we will have supplies if needed.Your timing chip will also be in the envelope, this needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race. At the finish you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).

When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief Runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency, and there are pens available at the registration desks.

You will find instructions on the back of your chip for how to attach it to your shoe correctly (as below):

Chip Instructions

Baggage

We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect,  show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets

There will be portaloos within the event village. You can see a map of the park HERE

Refreshments

There will be water provided on every lap of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish. We have also got some post race goodies for you all to try and can be collected from the finish line alongside water, bananas and of course flapjacks!
