Come and run the Dorney Half Marathon,10k & 5k at Dorney Lake; home to London 2012′s Olympic rowing events on Sunday 16th July 2023. Dorney Lake, situated near the village of Dorney in Buckinghamshire, is a purpose built rowing lake with grounds that are a perfect backdrop to running as well as rowing.

sprint Tri’s 7:30- 7.45 (waves)
standard Tri’s 8:30- 8:45 (waves)
The flat and fast course is ideal for a chip timed personal best over the 5k, 10k or Half Marathon distance, or to test yourself over a new distance. As always with RunThrough, you will each get a medal, water, fruit & flapjack on the day!

RUNTHROUGH EVENT PARTNERS
Baggage
We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.
Toilets
There will be portaloos for you to use within the event village.
Refreshments
There will be water available on every lap of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish. We have also ordered some flapjacks and bananas for when you finish 🙂
During the race
There will be marshals all around the course as well as km signs and arrows. The course consists of laps around the lake and will involve 1 lap for the 5k, 2 laps for the 10k and 4 laps for the Half Marathon.
Spectators
Spectators are banned from this event due to venue regulations.
Results
Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.
Pictures
We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race and they will be on our Facebook page after the race so be sure to check it out and see if you can spot yourself.
Things to note!
There WILL be pedestrians on the paths. We recommend you do not use earphones and you need to pay close attention to everything around you. Please be aware of people, cyclists and dogs.
