Amazing race today! This guy just wouldn’t let me pass him ? so we ended up chasing each other all the way to the end, with an epic sprint battle across the finish line ? . Thats another sub-50 for me! Not bad considering I skipped breakfast ?

My first #10k with @runthroughuk I was very excited about this race but also scared since this was my first 10k race. I did better than the predicted 90 mins ? hehe. Did around 82 mins. This was a really great event with amazing and cheering marshals, lots of water and fantastic food (even the green bananas ?), and a free massage! I used it before the race, unfortunately they couldn’t fit everyone in after so I couldn’t then. Next time 🙂 All in all had a fantastic time! We all just smashed it!!!!! 38:59 new PB ?????? This Morning I ran in Regent Park the 10km with #Runthrough.co.uk. Many epic photos were taken at today’s event (including a camel selfie ? ?!!) but this is the best one of all! Fantastic photo of my #runthroughfamily at today’s Regents Park 10K ???Couldn’t decide if I should do 5K or 10K, but training plan said 10 so I went for it. Finished in a very respectable time of 55:07, not bad for my first 10K in months ? awesome medal and lots of yummy goodies were had as well of course.
