COMFORTABLY UNCOMFORTABLE ————— It is done! Lately I’ve been interested in tackling new challenges and training differently. I’ve ran a bucket load of 5ks, but today was the first time I’ve ran one with a TEN kg weighted vest. When @fitcetera asked me if I wanted to do the @runthroughuk race this evening I said yes and jokingly said in our weighted vest, of course she said yes like the beautiful badass she is. The plan was set! ————— I’m really pleased that we both got round in just over 25mins and it was comfortably uncomfortable. And actually loads of fun, as to be expected from a Run Through event.
