Well that was so much fun! First race of the Chase the Sun series with @runthroughuk! I had some wonderful company with @chlo_dalton and @tightropebabe, well done ladies! You really cannot fault the organisation of these races as well as the fantastic atmosphere! Nice little sub 37mins 5k for me too which proves my recent efforts are working! W15/D3 Marathon Training – Back with @runthroughuk for a few laps of the Olympic Park. Having been feeling a bit grumpy most of the day I really wasn’t in the mood but as usual by the time I was done I was feeling much better and had forgotten why I was in a mood in the first place.
