Can’t remember the last time I went all out for a 10km. They really hurt ?⁣ ⁣ Besides from that, I had a lot fun out on the 4 loops with the @eastnine.fit team. ⁣ ⁣ Nailing the pacing was the hardest bit, lost a few secs on the first 3 km due to lack of 10k race experience. Great evening with some of my #tracktuesday favourites at the @runthroughuk chase the moon last night. Originally I was going to go for a 5km Pb but as I have been struggling with motivation recently opted for a more chilled 10km chatting with @lone_lisa (who then made me sprint for the finish line!) Great way to bring in the last race of the decade ? bring on 2020!
