Battersea Park 10K and 6 PB’s in the bag????‍♀️ ????. A lovely autumnal morning for it ????, and thanks to all the volunteers, always great events by @runthroughuk ????After Sunday’s Half PB, I wasn’t sure what today would be but more than 2 mins off my last 10K! 10km PB ???????? 45:40 . . What a great race yesterday in Battersea Park ???? hosted by @runthroughuk – amazing marshalls and a fun course for all abilities ???????? . . So pleased with my time ????… it’s been one of those weeks ???? and it was also one of those mornings where I felt absolutely shattered with how hectic the last month has been ????… but when you least expect it, you race seems to come together ????and you feel weirdly amazing at 7km ????????‍♀️!! . .
