Race Start

Each race will have a warm up in the event village, 15 minutes prior to the race start time.

After the warm up, estimated finish times will be called to the starting pen where our marshals will guide you into a start formation.

During the Race

The race will start and finish in the same location next to the event village.
There will be Black signs and mile markers along the Half Marathon course and Green signs  and KM markers along the 10k course. There will also be plenty of marshals and directional arrows to keep you going all the way to the finish.
There are multiple points along the route where the Half Marathon and 10k diverge, please listen to our marshals at all times, as you may be following a different route to the person in front of you.
If you choose to run with headphones, we highly advise keeping the volume to a minimum or one ear out to listen to instructions from our marshals.
Please discard any water bottles or rubbish within the litter zones located just past the water station.

You can see the course map HERE.

After the Race

Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.

There will be sealed ACTIPH water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal, Love Corn, and Bounce protein ball which will be laid out on tables for you to help yourself.

Show the ticket office your finishers medal and get free entry to the ArcelorMittal Orbit for skyline views and 50% off for your supporters!

Spectators

Spectators are more than welcome to come along and support runners, We recommend visiting the event village where we’ll have stalls, refreshments and entertainment whilst the race is going on.

Toilets

For this event we will be using the toilets within the London Stadium. If you live locally we recommend using toilets at home.

Refreshments

There will be 3 water stations along the Half Mararthon course at miles 3, 6.5 and 10, and at the Half Way point on the 10k.

There will also be a bottle of Actiph water waiting for you at the finish line.

We recommend staying hydrated in the lead up to the event.

Baggage

Please limit the number of belongings you bring to the event.
There will be an informal bag drop area within the event village for runners who need it, this will be located inside the stadium and there will be an in and out system. I’d they are unsure of anything to ask a marshal for guidance.

Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.

The toilets and bag drop can be accessed through gate 5.

Results

Results will be available on https://results.runthrough.co.uk/ after the race.
