Please arrive within plenty of time as the parking is a 10 minute walk from the main event village.
As you get closer to Prestwold Hall, there will be road signs and marshals to direct you into the car park.
The 5k event village is located by the Car Park (If using the app What3Words, use the words ///confusion.display.replayed for exact event village location)
The 10k & 10mi start is located by the hall (If using the app What3Words, use the words ///safely.commuted.gifts for exact event village location)
Start Times:
10mi- 9:00am
10k – 9:15am
5k – 9:30am
Race pack Collection
**ALL RACE PACKS ARE TO BE COLLECTED ON THE DAY**
All entries will be assigned a number at registration.
To collect your number, make your way down to the collection desks on Saturday Morning.
Collections for the 5k will be at the 5k start line.
Collections for the 10k & 10mi will be at the Event village located by Prestwold Hall.
It will take around 15 minutes to collect your number, so please arrive early.
You will only need one number attached to the front of your shirt.
Your timing chip will be attached to the bottom of your race bib and needs to be attached to your shoe as per the instructions on the back of the chip. Please make sure you keep your number on at all times during the race.
At the finish, you can dispose of your chip (we do not need to collect them back).
Collection Times:
10mi- 7:30-8:30am
10k – 7:45- 8:45am
5k – 8:00-9:00am
When you receive your race packs, please take a couple of minutes to fill out the brief runner Information form which can be found printed on the back of your bib. This will help us greatly in case of an emergency!
Race Start
Each race will have a warm up in their respective event villages 15 minutes prior to the start time.
After the warm up, estimated finish times will be called to the starting pen where our marshals will guide you into a start formation.
During the race
There will be marshals all around the course as well as KM signs and arrows.
For the 10mi there will be Yellow signs counting up from 1 to 9.
the 10k will follow green signs, from 1-9km.
For the 5k, please be aware to look out for green signs counting from 6 to 9KM.
Please note that there are some sections of uneven terrain and the start/finish area is on loose stones. Please be careful on these sections.
If you need to overtake on the course please be sure to take a wide berth around the runner in front.
After the race
Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.
There will be sealed ACTIPH water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal and Love Corn which will be laid out on tables for you to help yourself.

If you have a sat nav or mapping device we recommend simply popping the postcode LE12 5SH into that and following the instructions given.

Toilets
For this event, we will use portable toilets. These will be at the 5k start and main event village.
If you live locally we recommend using toilets at home.

There is a water station located at 3miles, 7miles and 8.3 miles on the 10mile course, and at 5k & 7.5k on the 10k route.
Please help yourself to this as you pass this.
There will also be water available at the finish.
Results
Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.

We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race, which will be made available on our Photos Page after the race.
