After the warm up, estimated finish times will be called to the starting pen where our marshals will guide you into a start formation.

During the race

There will be marshals all around the course as well as distance signs and arrows.

The course is a gently undulating loop around the reservoir (5k is out and back route, 10k out and back + 1 lap, HM out and back + 2 laps). The route is all on tarmac, with great views the whole way around.

The 5k course consists of 1 out and back route. You can download the GPX file for the 5k course HERE.

The 10k lap consists of 1 large lap and 1 out and back. You can download the GPX file for the 10k course HERE.

The Half Marathon consists of 2 large laps and 1 out and back. You can download the GPX file HERE.

If you need to overtake on the course please be sure to take a wide berth around the runner in front.

Please discard any water bottles or rubbish near the course signs and bins during the race.

After the race

Do NOT stop within the finish area. Please continue through the finish until you pass the medals and are in an open space.

There will be sealed ACTIPH water bottles at the finish for each runner to collect along with your medal, Love Corn and Bounce Bar which will be laid out on tables for you to help yourself.
