This one @newfoundrunner has been rehabbing like a hero from injury so when she asked me to pace her on her first race back, how could I refuse? I may have been quite bossy (helpful comments like don’t be a dick/how bad do you want Tokyo and using her full name when she wouldn’t stay at pace) but we’ve run together a lot and I know the hardest job is holding those long legs back…..But she listened, only answered back once and we grafted hard as a team. She asked for sub 55 and we got 54.31, so happy to get to see her fly through that Pacing is a bit nerve racking, pacing is good fun and I want to do some more, pacing is tough when you’re sweating your face off in a plastic day of the dead mask Happy Friday ???? #halloweenrunning #yourruns #backfrominjuryfinally #runthroughuk #pacerunner #runningwithfriends
