My heart has grown ❤️ . . Today is my one year friendiversary with so many friends! And goes to show just how much difference a year can make. . The top photo was pretty much one year ago today, give or take. It was the first time I met any of the instafam. It was the first time I ran with people. And, without any hint of exaggeration, it was the run that changed everything. . Fast forward one year and all of those people are still in my life and important to me. And there are so many more. Crazily, the bottom photo from today is not even half of the friends who regularly run with, cheer with or support me in one way or another. . How very lucky I am
