I came here to rectify a poor run I had earlier this week. I don’t know if it was the @endurance_tap I had before or the @on_running Cloud Surfers I had on my feet, but I came to @runthroughuk and had the best feeling 5k I have ever done, setting a new PB in the process #rays1000k #runthroughuk #nevernoton #fatmanrunning

So so so lovely to share the remaining 3miles of my training run with these beauts… well, with @inikkiray at least, @Ru_ana was off like a ROCKET ???? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ So that put 10.5 LSR miles in the bank for me. Not the 13 the plan wanted but life happens, and it’s all a bit of give and take. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ This @runthroughuk race was ALL ABOUT @runarchy today though, really was so pleased to meet the #RIOTSQUAD finally – a team of absolute rockstars ????????????
