Day 30: Second 5K of the weekend with @runthroughuk at QEOP. I honestly can’t deal with this heat anymore… I somehow managed to finish in just under 30 mins despite having to walk up the last hill. Only to realise at home that I FORGOT TO WEAR MY TIMING CHIP!! Doh… ????????‍♀️ great event as always though, much fun and laughter was had, and epic pictures (you can see my socks in the blurry one even!)
